**October 24, 2026 General Meeting update:** [R26-42-1](https://bulletin.atldsa.org/t/r26-42-1-connect-every-member-with-a-chapterwide-forum-deliberative-discussion-in-local-branches-and-monthly-strategy-sessions/112) was withdrawn by the author. [R26-42-2](https://bulletin.atldsa.org/t/r26-42-2-preserving-branch-chats-and-including-a-chat-platform/122) and [R26-42-3](https://bulletin.atldsa.org/t/r26-42-3-fun-chill-social-discord-and-removing-undemocratic-senate-language/126) passed, and R26-42 passed as amended. The resolution text above now reflects the final adopted version. The petition for a chapterwide electronic vote did not reach the 5% threshold.
